Does laser hair removal work for darker skinned people without discoloring their skin?
February 7th, 2011
admin I’ve heard several women with darker skin say that in the past doctors have said that the laser hair removal treatment would create light spots on their skin where the treatment took place.
Has this changed? Is it possible to get it done without damaging the pigmentation of my skin. Please site a source.

If you have thinning hair, then you may be considering some alternatives to treat this problem. One alternative that is currently available for those that want a permanent solution to treat their hair loss, is laser hair growth therapy. Though this particular treatment is known as one of the most innovative concepts around, it is sometimes met with cynicism towards the effectiveness of the treatment itself.
Many doubt the effectiveness of treating hairloss this way and question its effectiveness in the long term. Because this therapy is relatively new, some feel that there is not enough evidence required to show that the laser technology is able to treat hair loss. There are others who state that alternative treatments have to be used with the laser to become effective, such as Minoxidil.
However there is significant proof from individuals and from various clinical trials that continuous treatment works… It appears that with unhealthy hair follicles that are yet to die lasers can stimulate the hair and grow back many of the thinning hairs thicker.
The concept of LLLT or Low Laser Light Therapy has begun to show up in the hair loss market, with clinics offering expensive treatments with quite large devices and there’s also various laser combs or brushes available. Both options are designed to stimulate hair growth without cellular damage.
There is a specific ideal wavelength for laser light that provides you with the best chance for hair stimulation, these wavelengths are 650 nanometers and 5 milli-watts. The vast majority of laser combs and brushes are set at this wavelength.
Using Laser hair growth therapy over a six month period is likely to remove any doubts you may have regarding how effective this treatment can be. Hundreds of thousands of people around the world are now using this relatively new technology to help them with their hair loss. The vast majority with great success, easing any of their previous skepticism.
The choice many are making when buying a laser product is the Lasergain. With 21 high end lasers it provides fuller coverage than the laser combs currently available on the market at a fraction of the cost.

Laser Hair Comb – Does It Really Work
October 22nd, 2010
admin Laser hair comb is an effective device that scientists invented to regrow lost hair or to stop hair from falling. It is the result of many years of researches and investigations in this field. The results have shown that hair grows in a cycle. This cycle is estimated to last from two to three years. There are many factors that causes unusual hair fall though. Wearing gel is a common bad habit among males in general. It is very dangerous for the hair health. Some medicines and creams can also lead to the same results, without mentioning your psychological state. None the less, hair loss can also be hereditary.
The researches that doctors made gave them more insight on the causes. Many products that feature different ways of healing methods have been introduced such as laser hair combs.
This simple device uses a low level laser therapy in order to promote hair growth. The FDA tested it and it had recognized it after many years of experiments. Laser hair therapies are now used all around the world. The lase comb is simply a domestic version of it. You use it exactly like any regular brush or comb. The built in low level lasers tend to stimulate your hair follicles by increasing the blood flow. You should expect the results within five to ten weeks time. You are more likely to notice a considerable difference in your hair quality, strength as well as thickness. You have to use the laser hair comb on a dry hair in order to achieve full results without any damages to your hair or skin.
The laser hair combs are really easy to use. You just have to hold the teeth of the comb against the scalp. You should do this for like four seconds. If the manufacturer delivers any instructions with the device, then you have to follow them. Then, you slowly move the comb about half inch to the next spot. Move it upward against the areas where your hair falls the most. Repeat this process until you have combed your entire scalp for several times. This procedure doesn’t take much time. It only lasts for ten or fifteen minutes. If you are aiming to achieve the best possible results, then you have to use the laser hair comb as directed three times per week. Make sure you are following the manufacturer’s instructions for using the device. Also, try to avoid the the laser light and do not try to shine it at anyone. This may cause severe eyesight damages.
Doctors recommend that you contact a known dealer or manufacturer in order to know how many lasers per comb there are. Also for warranty or money back guarantees, good customer support.
A decent and reputable laser hair comb manufacturer is more likely to provide you with some insight about the product like its manual as well as the nutritional supplements that are directly related to your hair condition. Some companies provide their customers with some shampoos or cream suggestions that go along with their laser hair treatments.
